Two different heat treatment operation is carrying out at our foundry.One of them is which we are able to heat treat of casting parts in house and another of this operation is via our subcontractor which we can not able to carry out some of special heat treatment process at our factory.
We have L:2000mm – W:1800mm – H:1500mm dimensions fully automated pid controlled ,extra writer and memory functions for heat treatment process.Heat Treatment furnace media is electric and max temp is 1200C.
If customers require we can supply heat treatment print outs.
Quenching pool dimension is L:10000mm – W:5000mm – H:4500mm .
Heat treatment workshops have fully automated remote controlled 5 tons capacity Crane for material handling.
According to the variety of the materials we are using air – water and oil quenching methods.
