All kinds of activities regarding training will have the priority all the time both at workshops and at the office side having in mind that well trained staff is the potential energy leading to achieve the company’s targets and goals.

Plans devoted to maintain continuity and complementary of Training Activities shall be done.

Training activities within the sector shall closely be monitored and if necessary courses lectured by the staffs who are experts in their field shall be organized.

Close relations with Training Associations in the sector shall be provided and joint projects and studies shall be maintained.

At workshops of the factory for all duties on duty trainings shall be planned and implemented.

Training levels of the personnel will regularly be tested and additional complementary trainings shall be provided for the personnel who are identified as unqualified.

Contract of Employment of the staff who is designated being under the level of training identified by the company shall be terminated.
