It will be provided at factory that whole production equipments shall be maintained in good working condition at all times.

‘Planned Maintenance System’ to provide maintenance of all moulding,melting,blasting,heat treatment,grinding&polishing and all other auxiliary equipments shall be provided and implementation shall be maintained.

Maintenance policies of each workshop shall be developed of own staff and by equipments manufacturer planned maintenance advices.

Critical equipment spares in stock levels shall be determined and these levels will never be breached and always original or qualified equivalent of original parts shall be supplied.

These activities will not be instant but be permanent and long term, all safety precautions before commencement of maintenance activities will be taken and safety rules will never be breached during these activities.
